Here's the famous Elmo Cupcake Cake. Judah still asks me for "Elmo cakes" daily.
Mommmo Smith
Here are a few pics of the crazy kiddos we had over. These are Judah's buddies he plays with about once a week with our awesome mommy playgroup (who's kidding who - we all know playgroups are for the mommies anyway). :) Micah, Kawai, Sam, Aidan, Braxton, Lily and Judah #1 were all there having a great time, as you can see!! And both sets of grandparents were there as well, however, you won't see a pic of Mommo Pauline because she was the one taking all the pictures. Here are some cute pics....
Here's Lily helping me open Judah's presents as Judah clearly was not interested...
A very proud Daddy...
And grampas...
Maman Blanche was there too...
Judah "heppin daddy" with his new garden tools...
For Easter we headed up to Santa Barbara to spend some good quality time with the cousins - Noah (below) and our newest cousin - Baby Claire. Judah loved the Easter egg portion of the day, but I think one of the highlights for him was hanging out with Baby Claire. He was quite enamored with her and kept stroking her arm and head and repeating to himself as a reminder, "gentle, gentle". ;) So cute!
Next are some cute pics of Judah and Noah wrestling on the bed. WWF - here they come.
Our last morning in Santa Barbara at the harbor...
Lastly, Judah has perfected a new trick. He likes to pretend he's a meerkat. He will stand up with his hands straight out and say "meercack". Can't wait to show this home video to his girlfriend! ha ha!
Things with the Beck fam are going great! We had a great time in Santa Barbara visiting old friends and Jared got to do a fair amount of hiking which he was very excited about. The big news for the month is that in two weeks we are heading back to Molokai, Hawaii for our ten year anniversary of when we met. Very exciting! We will post pics when we get back...

You folks look like "California People" that's a fact. It suits you out there, from the looks of thing. Happy Birthday to the little guy.
God, seeing your photos always makes me want to move in with you. Kentucky is so depressing sometimes in comparison with your beautiful sunshine, water, hippies and such. Y'all are perfect!
